the property is in Kalamitsa Kavalas on the first floor of 2009 building .it is fully renovated with very upgraded materials. it is also furnished with high quality home necessities as well as a new kitchen and bathroom. two front and back terrace areas with sea view and garden view support total apartment amenities

At a very short distance there is a beautiful sandy beach with crystal and clear waters. other spots like a huge sport center , a public parking area ,a bus station as well as a pharmacy , a tavern can fully support your stay. The from the center of kavala is in 20 minutes on foot.
