Traditional house of 120 sq.m. dating from 1860. It has been lovingly renovated over time with respect to the original layout. Vintage and new elements have been harmoniously combined in a nostalgic composition. It feels like taking a journey through the atmosphere of a typical Cycladic house of an earlier era, while it is equipped with modern comforts. This traditional house consists of: Main House (Upper level): A bedroom with double bed, kitchen, dining room with sitting room which have access to a terrace with outdoor furniture and pergola. Internal wooden staircase with handrail leading to a loft/twin bedroom with exposed beams. Ground floor level: One bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower. The Upper level part and the Ground floor level part AREN'T connected internally. The access is via separate external entrances. A Guest house located next to the Main House. It has got an open plan bedroom with a single bed and a kitchenette. Bathroom with shower. The Guest house and the Main house are externally covered with a united pergola. The Guest house is available in case of 8TH INDIVIDUAL OCCUPANCY. Please send us a message in order to inform you about the EXTRA COST OF THE 8TH PERSON. There is also an olive grove garden. The house is 130 meters away from the main road. Access is via a picturesque cobblestone path with steps in places. Pets are allowed on demand. Please inform us about the size and the breed of the animal.
The house is located in the village of Ypsilou, a verdant village of Central Andros with a wonderful view to Chora. Picturesque trails cross the village offering relaxed and refreshing walks in the nature of Andros.
