Newly refurbished apartments to high standards.All expected household amenities included. Guest suite located in semi basement area can sleep additional 3 guests and is available to Ground Floor residents only when total number of guests exceeds 5. Alimos is an upscale quiet and safe area in the south outskirts of Athens. The apartments are a 5 minutes walk to the coastline of Alimos (Kalamaki) and Zefyros Tram station. One of the best seaside areas of the area, with the advantage of having easy access to the city centre (7km), Piraeus port (5km) and the airport.Supermarkets,pharmacies ,bakery, restaurants,bars all within 5-10 minutes walking distance!
