We invite you to surrender to the space offered by Baraka Antigua. Tranquility, nurturing textures and themes, views, inwards journeying are but some of the aspects. Garden, rooftops, observing some of our pets (Indie the cat, our small chickens or the tropical Mayan bees - don't worry they are stingless!!). Inspired by travel experiences and life-changing experiences, color is also a key aspect to creating the space.
I love building nourishing spaces. These are some of them! Others include properties on Lake Atitlán (find it as Baraka Atitlan online) and Eagle's Nest, also in San Marcos - a retreat space for groups to come to, and share facilitator-lead experiences. We also organize collective dance experiences on a frequent basis. Please check our facebook page "eaglesretreats" for more information.
Jardines de Antigua is the name of the neighborhood. Green, peaceful, beautiful, it is a short 25-minute walk to central park. You can also walk to the main road and catch a chicken bus into town for Q2 (door to door this would take 15mins). Many amazing restaurants, ruins to visit, museums (check out the Choco-Museum and make your own chocolate from Bean to Bar!) and parks await you in the beautiful colonial town of Antigua Guatemala
