Brookville is a fully furnished two-bedroom apartment with modern furnishings, and decor, it is situated at 10 Jamoon Drive Meadow Brook Gardens Georgetown Guyana. The property benefits from double glassed windows, grill door and windows which also have locks giving you peace of mind and added security also razor wire around the perimeter fence and fans are in all rooms. The property also has hot and cold water, telephone allowing you to make free local calls and a mobile phone available for use during your stay if needed however you are responsible for the credit.
Your host will there to welcome you to the apartment and provide you with a welcome pack which includes tea, coffee etc. Your host can also be contacted if needed.
The property is within 10mins to the city centre, giving easy access to the library, museum, markets, shopping centres, restaurants, botanical gardens, zoo, night life and the sea wall which is particularly busy at weekends. It is also 30 minutes to the nearest creek and resort, a Sunday tradition for family picnics and chilling out. The apartment is in a quiet residential area, the nearest Hospital is 10 mins walk and its two minutes walk from the main road “Mandela Avenue” giving easy access to public transport.
