Please note that YHA membership is required and on-site application is available at an extra cost (HKD 150). Each single member is entitled to bring a maximum of 3 non-members who are requested to pay the standard rate.

Smoking is strictly prohibited on the hostel premises to make sure hostellers always have fresh air to enjoy. The hostel offers lockers. Hostellers can bring a small lock to keep their personal belongings safe. In order for hostellers to indulge in the pleasures of cooking and enjoy local food, the hostel does not provide catering service.

Upon arrival, guests should check-in in the reception with:

(i) Photo ID – Passport or Hong Kong ID;

(ii) Valid individual / group membership card;

(iii) Booking confirmation slip.

To ensure that all guests’ stay is enjoyable, guests bringing along children aged under five must submit a Parent/Guardian consent letter when making reservations at Bradbury Jockey Club Youth Hostel; and are required to stay in a private room with their parents/ guardian please contact the hostel directly when making the reservation by leaving a request under the "special requests" box.

All hostel rooms only accommodate the designated number of guests, regardless of age. If additional beds are needed, please contact the hostel directly when making the reservation by leaving a request under the "special requests" box. On-the-spot requests for additional beds might not be entertained.

Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the hostel.

If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the hostel once booking has made:

1) Authorisation letter with cardholder's signature

2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature)

A refundable cash deposit of minimum HK$100 is required upon check-in at hostel reception. If the guest does not cause any damages or losses to the hostel during the stay, the deposit will be returned in full upon check out. Deposit to be collected as follows:

For staying of 1-28 night(s), HK$500 per Private Room / Private Dormitory / Bell Tent / Tent; HK$100 per head for Dormitory Bed.

For staying of 29 nights or more, HK$2,000 per Private Room / Private Dormitory / Bell Tent / Tent; HK$500 per head for Dormitory Bed.
