The house was built at the beginning of 2008 and was completely renovated in 2023, while the exterior decoration retained the original appearance of the house, the interior was equipped with modern design. On enclosed property of approximately 680 sqm, guests have at their disposal an open pool of 38 sqm, barbecue, dining table, outdoor furniture, and private parking for 2 cars. Villa Maria Selina for 6 guests has a living area of 160 sqm and consists of living area with access to the terrace, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom with access to the terrace and with private bathroom, a separate toilet in the hallway. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms each with access to the private balcony and private bathrooms. The house is fully air-conditioned. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
