Posebno ističemo središnju lokaciju naših apartmana u mirnoj ulici koja garantira tihe noći, a do svih važnih sadržaja pješice se stiže za max 1o minuta ( plaže, tržnica, riva,noćni klubovi i dnevni barovi, teniski tereni, dječji zabavni park, marina, turistička ambulanta, banka, pošta, crkva ...) tako da vaš auto možete bezbrižno ostaviti u hladu našeg parkinga u dvorištu, gdjr se načazi i veliki zidani roštilj i vanjski tuš. Za svoje goste organiziramo poldnevne i cijelodnevne izlete vlastitom 10 metraskom jedrilicom, koji pružaju jedan potpuno drkčiji utisak i doživljaj destinacije i na kojem ćemo vam pokazati skrivene uvale i plaže, omogućiti vam kupanje u tirkiznom, kristalno čistom moru, a uz malo sreće sresti ćemo delfine i vidjeti njihovu bezbrižnu igru. Osimtoga upoznati ćemo vas sa mjestima i sadržajima koje je vrijedno posjetiti kao Dalmaland vodeni park, stari mediteranski gradovi Zadar s njegovim čuvenim morskim orguljama i nstalacijom "Pozdrav suncu" i Šubenik poznat po svojim tvrđavama i lanalu S. Andrije,
Vaši domaćini Lucija i Boris Skomina su umirovljenici još uvjek vrlo aktivni koji vole prirodu, šetnje, more i jedrenje (Boris još uvijek aktivno sudjeluje na brojnim regatama i rado svoje znanje i iskustvo prenosi na mlađe , pa će tako i vas rado uputiti u tajne jedrenja i uživanja na moru, naravno ako vas to zanima.
Četvrt je mirna i tiha, u neposrednoj blizini cca 250m nalazi se ljetna pozornica na kojoj se cijelog ljeta održavaju razni koncerti, stend up komedije i druge predstava, prikazuju filmovi, gostuju folklorni ansambli, klape i još mnogo toga. Klubovi koji su centar noćnog život udaljeni su cca 1 km, taman dovoljno da vam njihova bučna glazba ne remeti san.
