Dominicus je novouređen apartman smješten na atraktivnoj lokaciji udaljen nekoliko minuta hoda od mosta koji vodi u staru jezgru Zadra. U blizini se nalaze sadržaji (autobusna stanica, trgovine, banke..). Nalazi se na 1. katu stambene zgrade što omogućava jednostavan pristup. Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka, blagavaonice, kuhinje, kupaonice s walk-in tušem i podnim grijanjem, dvije sobe opremljene klimom i TV-om, te balkonom. Uključen WI FI, TV u dnevnom ima opciju gledanja Netflixa. Javni besplatan parking na kojem nije rezervirano parkirno mjesto
