Apartment Oleandar is located in the quiet district of Cimizin, just a 10-minute walk from Pical beach and about 900m from the old town of Porec. The house is located on its own plot of 400m2 with a beautiful garden. The parking space is private in front of the house, and the garden with barbecue is available for shared use. The host lives in the house and is available at any time. This newly renovated apartment is located on the half floor and offers space for 2-3 persons on 40m2 of space. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a sofa bed for 1 person, a bedroom with a double bed and a beautiful covered terrace with seating furniture and a bathroom with a bathtub/toilet. The apartment is air-conditioned and WiFi is availaible.
