Modern furnished, fully equipped apartment located in residental area in the middle of the city center and the best beaches in town. 10 minutes walking distance from city center (Diocletian palace) and 10 minutes (walking distance) form beach Zvoncac. It is comfortable for up to 2+2 persons. The total size is 40m2. There is one room with big king size bed, kitchen with living room and sofa bed for 2 persons. Arriving at the apartment you will get all the tourist brochures, and I'll explain you more about good places to eat, nightlife, beaches, interesting places around Split, where to rent a bike, motorcycle, boat or car, or anything else you want to know. INCLUDE: - Free wirelles internet - Free parking - Cable TV - Air conditioning - Coffe machine - Washing machine - Hairdryer - Kettle - Toaster - Fully equipped kitchen
I'm communicative, good mood and everytime ready for help. I renting my apartment for a long time, and I try to satisfied all whishes of my guests. I am 24 hour disposal for my guests. The apartment is located in residental, very safe and quiet part of town called "MEJE". You can leave your car in front of the apartment without worry. There is bus station nearby. Big supermarket and small green market is 100 meters from the apartment. There is ACY marine, the best beaches, seafront caffe bars and restaurants, GYM, park "Zvoncac" and "Sustipan" are in this part of town. If you like jogging you have ability to make jogging near the sea. The best beach "ZVONCAC beach" is 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
