The property is located in a quiet village Svinca, 5km away from Marina and the main beach. The apartment has a large living room equipped with air conditioning, SAT-TV, wireless internet and an equipped kitchen. Complete dishes, oven, microwave, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, mixer and toaster. It has three bedrooms. Two of them with double beds and one with two single beds. There is a possibility to use a baby cot and high chair on request. The living room has an extra bed for two people. It has a bathroom with shower, washing machine, hairdryer and towels. For a nicer atmosphere you have the opportunity to socialize on a large terrace with table and chairs (25 m2). The garden has a swimming pool with outdoor shower, deck chairs, umbrellas, a swing for 3 people, a large table with chairs, barbecue and children's corner (table and chairs with toys) and private free parking. At a distance of 5 km there is the town of Marina, which has a large pebble beach with a sea park for children and various restaurants and attractions. A little further we recommend visiting Rogoznica (8 km), Trogir (15km) and Split (45km) which offer a lot to visit and see or just enjoy the walks

Exactly halfway between the well-known destinations, Split and Šibenik, Marina is located, a small pearl that offers a lot to its guests. The old part of the city and the narrow streets exude the charm of the past. Hidden bays and clean beaches with a rich tourist offer stimulate guests to visit this wonderful town. In addition to the beaches, this place is also adorned with a series of chapels and churches from the 15th century - the Marine Tower, the walled cave and the lighthouse. The former fishing and agricultural tradition of this place is also reflected in its gastronomy, which is a paradise for lovers of Dalmatian cuisine. We recommend driving or walking along the pedestrian and bicycle paths that lead to the Roman wells. For additional fun and romantic evening walks, we recommend going to Trogir, a UNESCO-protected city-monument, located only 10 km from the Marina.
