During the summer season our working hours are from 8:00 to 18:00 hours (Monday to Saturday) on Sunday from 8:00-13:00 on the address Vrsanska 26L, Krk. Apartment Villa Marija is situated in the center of the village named Pinezici, 12 km from the town of Krk. This two floor apartment can accommodate up to 6 persons, and is good for families. There is an above ground pool with sunbeds situated in the spacious garden full of plants, together with a grill and spacious ground floor covered terrace as dinning area ideal for summer meals on the open air. Apartment is situated on two floors connected with an outside stairway. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dinning room, bathroom with a shower and "konoba". Konoba is croatian word for a cool ground floor room with stone walls, decorated in a mediterranean style. In konoba people socialize, play games or watch TV. An outside stairway leads to the first floor with covered terrace and the entrance to the rest of the apartment. When you pass the first floor entrance door there is a kitchenette, a second bathroom and on your left there is a double bedroom with AC unit and TV. On your right there is second double bedroom with TV and AC and connected small children's bedroom with bunk bed. Owner lives in the same house with a separate entrance door. One pet is allowed upon request with a supplement of 10 eur/day.

The house with apartmnent Villa Marija is situated in the center of the village Pinezici 2km from the beach named Jert. In the area of Jert beach there is a beach bar with some simple dishes like pizza, burgers and grill. Distance to Krk is 12km.
