I was born in Zadar, I like to travel and meet people from different countries. I try to be the best host to my guests, to give them an unforgettable experience of exploring Croatia, to wish to come again and again in our beautiful country. Welcome!!! Private accommodation Anita offers 4 apartments, located in the center of the tourist resort Punta Skala, near a small fishing and tourist village Petrcane, only 2 minutes walk to the first beach. The apartments are decorated with lots of love, taking care of the details that would make our guests feel as comfortable as possible. Only a few steps away from the apartment there is a restaurant offering breakfast and dinner, very well equipped supermarket.

If you want to spend your family vacation in peace, quiet, sunbathing, swimming, and reading a good book, the apartments "Anita Punta Skala" are just for you. In the morning you got wake up with bird twitter. While you sit on the bench by the sea in the evening and listen to the sound of the waves, the light breeze caresses your face, relax watching the beautiful sunset, each time a different spectrum of colors and every time you take your breath away. The famous film director Alfred Hitchcock remained fascinated with this beauty and said "It must be the most beautiful sunset in the world!" Come and see for yourself!!!

Neighbourhood information

We are located next to the Falkensteiner Hotel Complex, 1 km from the apartment complex Pinija, and 3 km from the Zaton Tourist Resort, with lots of entertainment and much more to explore. Close to the beautiful vineyard, for all wine lovers, looking at Zadar and islands unforgettable, in September and October you can participate in grape harvesting. Additional facilities near the property are: outdoor pool for children and adults, rent a scooter, motorboat rental, paddle boats, pedal boats, parasailing and other water activities, organized boat excursions to island Ugljan, Kornati, Silba... and Dugi otok where one of the most beautiful beaches in the world "Sakarun". Fishery dinners along Dalmatian songs are held in Petrčane, and other summer festivals where guests enjoy a variety of live music performances, and the hosts offer their specialties. In the city of Zadar, in the old city center, you can visit the unique world of Sea Organ, Greetings to the Sun, the beautiful Zadar coast, the favorite "Kalelarga" promenade, and many churches, monuments, parks ... Be sure to visit our Royal Cities Nin and Biograd, because each has its own beautiful historical story.
