Our property consist of two houses with apartments surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean garden. It is a very peaceful and relaxing environment. The apartments are recently renovated and well equipped.
Neighbourhood information
The property is situated in a small Mediterranean picturesque village Rtina- Benići in Zadar area. Our apartments are ideal for guests who prefer a peaceful holiday destination. There are two beautiful beaches about 5-10 min walking distance. One of them is the main village beach recently renovated, spacious, tidy and perfect for children, and the other one is a bit more secluded beach about 100 m from the property. However, although the property itself is in a serene idilic environment, it is also less than an hours drive from Krka National Park, Paklenica and Plitvice Lakes National Park, and from Zadar guests can take a daily trip on a tourist boat trip to Kornati. The property is 26 km away from Zadar and 50 km from Novalja and the famous beach Zrce. This is an ideal place for families with children and guests who prefer a peaceful enviroment and intact nature.
