Our family run company was established in 1990. We are the owners of stores in Croatia that sell luxury fashion accessories called Karla. In 2011 we completed our first tourism venture, a luxury building complex by the sea with 9 apartments in small place called Viganj, on the beautiful peninsula of Pelješac in southern Croatia. Viganj is also known as surfers' and kiters' paradise and it is located just opposite of famous Korčula island. A few years after that, we started a new project in our hometown, on our grandfather's land which is now becoming the most desirable neighbourhood in Split - located just by the sea and right next to the beach, a short ride from the crowded city centre. Every detail in the building was very thoroughly planned, and Eol apartments Split are finally starting their story in 2020. We will do everything in our power to make your vacation as comfortable and enjoyable!

Eol apartments Viganj are located on the green peninsula of Pelješac, opposite of the Korčula Island. The owner fell in love with Viganj and surfing, so he built a luxurious holiday home with 9 apartments directly by the sea. From apartments you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and Korčula island, the silence of calm nights and the liveliness of Viganj during the day. When we travel, we want to feel a cozy and comfy atmosphere, and we enjoy spaces where you have the feeling that you can spend hours just relaxing and doing nothing. If you want to jump in the sea, just grab a towel and walk a short 10 meters to the sea. There is a garage with extra storage for your kiting and surfing gear available for the majority of the guests. This way you can immediately start with your favourite sport at your doorstep. A special feature of the house is also a smaller pool and a common lounge area by the pool where you can enjoy in the deep shade reading a book. The house was built by following the design of Mediterranean haciendas where the apartments served as a private space for the members. Today these rooms are rearranged into luxury apartments with a hint of Mediterranean charm.

Seductive Viganj, full of youthful energy, gentle summer wind, pebble beaches and gourmet restaurants is also known as a surfers' and kiters' paradise. Numerous pebble beaches enable an effortless entrance to the sea, loved by children, as well as water sports lovers. Its sweetheart is the lovely medieval town of Korcula, only a 20-minute ride away. The warm, soothing summer mistral usually begins blowing after noon and is ideal for water sports and also very popular with beach lovers. The house is situated directly by the sea with a local road in between used by pedestrians and bikers. A pebble beach with small white stones is only a few feet away. Near the house, some 50 m away, is a small shop, an ATM and a tourist boat moor which takes you to Korčula town 3 times per day. Pelješac abounds in natural beauty, historical sites, lovely sandy and pebble beaches, great red wine, and seafood, especially in oysters and other shellfish. It's also a great place to relax, away from a hustle and bustle expected in a typical touristy coastal town. Pelješac remains quaint and tranquil. It still lacks large hotels and big crowds. A perfect place for those in search of relaxing holidays.
