The charming detached house is located on a large, well-kept property with altogether 2,000 m2 of land. The only neighbouring house is situated at a distance of approx. 50 metres, and is occupied by the owner's family. The secluded and unique location, surrounded by rolling green hills, vineyards, and meadows, guarantees a relaxing vacation for the entire family. Heading inside, you will find lovely decorated and welcoming rooms provided with all amenities needed for a great vacation. And when it comes to swimming and sunbathing, you’ll certainly enjoy the benefits of having your own private swimming pool (7,5 x 3,5 m) right in front of the door. Furthermore there is a children’s playground in the backyard.
