Boutique Villa Anna is a beautiful new and designer decorated house with 3 private parking places in old City Center Vela Varos, Villa has a court with nice greenery and an amazing view from the top floors

Neighbourhood information

One of the oldest parts of the town Split, the citizens of the Veli Varos stress their ancientness climbing the Marjan hill above. Abounds with well preserved local architecture and original local ambient. The First Peak (Prva Vidilica) beautiful panoramic view of the city Split is just two minutes walk away. Veli varos today realestate prices have gone through the roof while before it was known for the poor fishermen who lived of their daily sardines, very known muiscal by Ivo Tijardovic Spli"ski Akvarel depicted the era.
