    “Sehr schönes Haus (alles so wie auf den Bildern abgebildet) mit tollem Pool und Whirlpool. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kinder liebten auch die Tischtennisplatte und den Billardtisch. Die Sauna haben wir bei 35 Grad nicht benutzt.”

The combination of modern design and warm colours has created a perfect home for your vacation. A general sense of minimalism doesn’t prevent it from being very comfortable and elegant. The interior of the villa will be elegantly furnished and equipped to the finest details. Villa Borna is a 'smart' house but the technology is not overwhelming and has been designed for ease of use. All the equipment is controlled with a tablet. Kitchen oven, for example, can give you recipe for making a dish; sound system is installed all over the house, and there are LED background lights in every room, too.

This fantastic property is situated in a well thought out, quiet and green residential area that mixes traditional Istrian flair with suburban and rural ambience. It is located only in a few minutes’ drive from some of the best beaches on the coast (some of them you can even access by foot), charming city of Pula and extraordinary nature.
