This beautifully furnished holiday home with pool is only 20 meters from the sea. Its location in Povlja on Brac Island is particularly beautiful. The house consists of two apartments, which are connected by external stairs. On the ground floor you will find a sauna with adjoining gym. There is also a surfboard and bicycles with which you can explore the town and surrounding area. On the 1st floor is a spacious terrace overlooking the sea and the coast, on your you have the opportunity to prepare grilled specialties. The city center with various offers is just a few minutes walk along the coast.

Povlja area is surrounded by beaches. In front of our house there is a concrete pier with ladders to get into the sea; more than there is a long pebble beach and a small sandy beach. Renting Villa you rent both floors of the house which is 20m to the beach, restaurants and dining room. You’ll love our place because of the location, the ambiance, the views, clear blue see and the outdoors space. Our place is good for couples, families, and furry friends (pets). In front of our house is concrete beach and you have stairs to enter the sea, but if you don't like that there is a pebble beach around and a small sand beach. Guest have a free parking in front of the house.
