The house is equipped with; satelite TV, free Wifi, air conditioning, washing machine and iron. Open kichen has 4 hot plates, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, water kettle, coffee machine, microwave, mixer and toaster, In winter, the house is heated with central heating. On the ground floor on the south and elevated side of the yard there is heated outdoor jacuzzi with 2 loungers, 3 seats and 40 jets, also deck chairs, shower, barbecue and garden furniture. There is also a trampoline and a swing on the lawn. Free parking is at disposal to guests. Some of the garden facilities are not available from October 15 to April 15.
