The villa has four spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The central part of the villa is a swimming pool surrounded by a spacious terrace with sunbeds, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. Enjoy spectacular views of the Adriatic Sea and the impressive Velebit, and explore the many attractions in the area, including historic Zadar and Paklenica National Park. Holiday house Gloria Patri offers a perfect combination of comfort and natural beauty. Book your stay today and enjoy an unforgettable vacation! On the ground floor of the villa there is one bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchen and dining room. On the first floor of the villa there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony. Air conditioners are located in the living room and in the three bedrooms on the first floor. A fridge is available in the dining room. There is also a freezer next to the fridge. Bed linens and towels are provided. Distance from the beach is 3 minutes by car or 10 minutes by foot. It is recommended to go to the beach by car because the path is steep.
