Novouređeni, prostrani dvosobni komforni apartman s potpuno opremljenom kuhinjom, dnevnim boravkom i balkonom nalazi se na 1. katu obiteljske kuće. Posebna pogodnost za vlasnike BEV je besplatno punjenje vozila u objektu.
