Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space only 10 meters from see with gorgeous view and crystal clear water. The new apartment is located in second floor of Vila Zala on island Ugljan. Kali is an old fishing village with frequent connections to historical town Zadar. Close to the apartment you can find restaurants with amazing, fresh local specialities and picturesque bike roads. The grocery store is 10 minutes walking distance, pharmacy and all other facilities are in city Preko.
You can jump into the see just in-front of Vila, but if you like bigger beaches with sand, you can visit two of them near our Vila. One is on the right side of the house (600m away) and another on the left side of the house (550m away).
