Villa LAPIS is a new property, located in Middle Dalmatia in a small and quiet place Duće - Omiš with the most beautiful sandy beaches only 120m far. The villa is impeccably equipped in a modern and luxurious style containing simply everything needed for a great holiday; heated private Pool, Gym, Spa with sauna and massage bathtub, table tennis, fully equipped kitchen and living area with sea views, 4 bedrooms, with en-suite, outdoor dining area, grill, fully covered with Free WiFi...and all the comforts you need to make this your home away from home. Villa LAPIS accommodates 8+2 people and has three floors, and several balconies and terraces with amazing, panoramic sea views. Outdoor offers a 26m2 heated private pool with a counter-current swimming program, 8 lounge chairs, and a lounge seating area, all of which are overlooking the sea. The pool area is discreetly fenced from view so you have your privacy.

Perfect location of the villa, vicinity to Omiš (1.5km far) and Split (20km far) it is ideally positioned for exploring and sightseeing, enjoying in activities like rafting/ canoeing/ zip-line or similar on river Cetina or for a boat day tours to island Brač. With great sea views from pretty much all bedrooms and living/dining/pool areas, you are invited to relax whilst watching the sunset over the Adriatic. Due to the villa's location, you are only a few steps away from the sandy beach, bars, restaurants...
