Friendly and hospitable owners that constantly improve the Residence and the variety of services it offers. Dedicated to provide the best comfort at an affordable price.

Property information

Rennovated and furnished in 2015, our Residence provides its guests comfortable air conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. The Residence is located about 5 minutes walk from the sea and about 20 minutes walk from the city centre. Parking is free and it is located very close to the Residence (30 meters) but not on site.

Neighbourhood information

Our neighbourhood is very safe and friendly. It is composed mostly of residential houses which are oriented to tourism and room renting. It is a quiet neighbourhood perfect for relaxing. There is a supermarket located 300 meters from the Residence.
