The facility is located in an olive grove. On two floors, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, bedroom with a large terrace on the first floor and one smaller room with two beds. The living room opens onto a large semi-covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue, large table and furniture. Equipped additionally with washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster. It is located 50 m from the sea, private parking for two vehicles.
