Novo uređena kuća u mirnom mjestiu svega 5 minuta vožnje autom do prekrasnih plaža u Novom Vinodolskom. Ograđen prostor, parking, intimnost zagarantirana. New house in a quiet place, small village only 5 minutes drive by car to the beautiful beaches in Novi Vinodolski. Fenced area, parking, intimacy guaranteed.

Objekt je smješten o pitoresknom selu 5 minuta vožnje autom od Novog Vinodolskog, 15 min od Crikvenice, pola sata od otoka Krka, 45 min 9d Rijeke i Opatije, 1.30 od Plitvica i nacionalnog parka Velebit. Prigodno za djecu jer ima nogometno ogralište i zabvni park za djecu. Moguće je šetati okolicom, biciklirati i upoznavati starine- kulu iz 17 st, i ostala mjesta. House is located in a picturesque village, 5 minutes by car from Novi Vinodolski, 15 min from Crikvenica, half hour from island Krk, 45 min from Rijeka and Opatija, 1.30 min from national parks Plitvice anc Velebit.Suitable for children as it has a football pitch and park for children. It is possible to walk and ride a byke , explore the surroundings and get to know the ancient tower from the 17th century and visit many historical places.
