We offer a new, modern apartment located on the 7th floor of a recently finished building. The building is located just about 300 meters from the biggest multifunctional sports hall in Croatia, Arena Zagreb. Because of its beauty, functionality and importance, this impressive building has quickly become the new architectural symbol of Zagreb as well as a place where one can enjoy concerts from the world’s finest musicians as well as different types of sporting events. Arena Centar, one of the newest entertainment and shopping centers in the country is in the vicinity as well.
The apartment is completely furnished and well-equipped. There is also a guaranteed parking spot waiting for you in the building’s parking lot, secured by a ramp. The apartment comes equipped with a smart lock which enables you to access the apartment freely using a code which you type into the intercom to enter the building. For this purpose, you will also receive a one-time code which you use to enter the apartment itself. From that point on, you will receive a smart card which you can use to access the apartment at any point.
