Modernly furnished Studio Apartment Emmy is newly renovated and it is located on the ground floor with an entrance through a nice and cozy terrace. This is a little studio 26m2 (wall height 2,10 m) for a maximum of two guests situated in a quiet street. It is intended to win your hearts with its comfort, charm, and colors. There is an air conditioner and newly installed heating panels for a temperature-comfortable stay. Distance to the tram station is 5 min walking, which includes direct lines to the downtown (15 min). Free parking on the street. Self-check in with the lockbox.
