Avior Holidays is a Croatian tourism company. We rent holiday homes in and around Rovinj, Istria. Our properties range from villas with pool to romantic apartments in the Old Town. Whether for a family holiday, a trip with friends, or a romantic getaway – we have the right accommodation for you. Our reception and parking (for a fee) is conveniently located near the Old Town, at Ulica Domenica Segale 1. From there, we offer a free shuttle service to our Old Town properties with electric carts for check-in and check-out for you and your luggage.

Noemi’s Rooms are located in the center of the historic old town of Rovinj. They consist of four studio apartments, each equipped with a bathroom with toilet and shower, and a double bed. In the surrounding streets you can find bars, shops, restaurants and cafes. The closest beach is just a few minutes away.
