Old Town Luxury House is situated in center of Split. House is decorated 3 years ago with modern design. Private entrance from busy street of Split secure privacy and security due Corona situation which it makes great place for your safety. There is no interaction with other guest in this property as it is hidden and surround with big wall.

Old Town Luxury House is a luxurious, designer and spacious apartment, in the Split city center. The building in which the apartment is situated was built in 1450 and is a typical example of stone craft building architecture, founded in the idea of functionality and clear lines. While staying at our house you will have a unique experience of high end modern apartment in a historical mid 14th century building. It will be your perfect choice for staying in Split. You are only a 1-15 minutes walk away from the Old town, Diocletian´s palace and best city beaches. The apartment is located in the city center, in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, just a 1-15 minute walk to the Split West coast and main city promenade Riva as well as the Diocletian's Palace. The Museum of Croatian Archaeological Monuments and Meštrović Gallery are located just 15-20 minutes walk away, while the Split City Museum and St. Duje Cathedral are situated in Diocletian's Palace are 3 min walking distance.
