Company provides with a reception desk and concierge services for our guests and also 0-24 telephone assistance in case of any unexpected event. Our team can recommend you and reserve you a table in lovely restaurants in the area, book a boat trip for your family to nearby island Cres, arrange a diving or tennis course or inform you about nearby cultural heritage to visit, hidden beaches and other treasures of this paradise.

The complex lies on the last hill bathed in sun when it sinks behind the mountains and the old town of Labin - offering special treat on the terraces of the luxurious apartments, with a view of the divine bay of Rabac, surrounded by the wonderful scent of the pine forests. The residential oasis - a newly built building with apartments from 55 to 156 m² is located just five walking minutes from the former fishing village of Rabac, long promenade with lovely local restaurant and coffee bars and beaches. Building features with reception, private underground parking with elevator, private entrance to each apartment, seasonal outdoor pool and sun terrace with free loungers / parasols and internet WiFi free of charge throughout the building. Each apartment has heating, cooling, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, flat-screen TV and amazing view either from balcony or terrace.
