Luxury Penthouse is newly built, modern, stylish and situated 15 meters from the beach with a spectacular stunning view from the big balcony on the Adriatic sea and city Split... We are 150 meters away from the centre. The Penthouse has three massive bedrooms,the main room has walk in robe and ensuite and for other two rooms bathroom, one toilet with laundry- washing machine, , new modern kitchen with all the essentials you will need, dining room and a big lounge room… The whole apartment is air conditioned, has SAT TV, free WIFI....We also have a big barbecue area, bikes and private parking for our guest... all linen are supplied, there is a hairdryer, soap, an iron, ironing board, pegs and clothes basket and a clothe line.... as your host we are available as much as you need us. We live in the next building. coffee and breakfast at the hotel and restaurant located in the centre ten minutes walk or just a coffee in the caffe at the front on the beach... we also have in the village pizza place and a little zoo...
We love meeting new people from all over the world, traveling, food lovers, exploring new places..
