The Green Penthouse offers a bright and comfortable living room with a terrace illuminated by the
morning sun. If you enjoy having your first cup of coffee in the early sunrays with a view of the sea
and olive trees, this is the right space for you.
The apartment bedroom is separate yet well-connected with the rest of the apartment. This
makes the entire space an intimate oasis filled with an exceptional atmosphere of serenity. We
believe that this unique space will quickly allow you to relax into a holiday mood.
The interior design of our spaces was crafted by the award-winning local designer Matteo Cetinski.
The boho-style focuses on a free-spirited aesthetic including organic elements. The floors are made
of Slavonian oak, the armchairs are covered in wool and the couches are layered in linen. The natural
elements used to furnish the spaces reflect what we stand for – our connection to our roots.
The cozy penthouse is situated in the town of Peroj with a beautiful view of the Fažana/Fasana
Channel and the Brijuni Archipelago (Brijuni National Park). Peroj lies in a quiet area that will quickly
allow you to unwind and relax into your vacation. Just a short car drive will allow you to explore the
southern Istrian coast as well as the historic cities of Rovinj/Rovigno and Pula/Pola. Moreover, the
practical location makes several beautiful beaches in the area easily accessible by a bike ride or a
short car trip.
