Kuća se nalazi u mirnom dalmatinskom selu Vinišće, nadomak Trogira. Smještena je samo 50 metara od plaže. U prizemlju kuće je prostrani dnevni boravak i blagovaona, moderno uređena i opremljena kuhinja te spavaća soba i kupaona. Na katu su tri prostrane spavaće sobe sa kupaonom. Iza kuće se nalazi natkrivena terasa površine 35 m2 na kojoj se nalazi ljetna kuhinja i veliki zidani roštilj idealni za kuhanje na otvorenom. Okućnica je lijepo uređena sa zatvorenom dvorištem u kojem se djeca mogu sigurno i bezbrižno igrati. U neposrednoj blizini su i dućan, mala seoska tržnica i ribarnica, restoran, slastičarna i pizzerija. Gosti ove kuće uživat će u malom ribarskom mjestu smještenom u prirodnoj lijepoj morskoj uvali. Čisto more, mir i netaknuta priroda raj su za ljubitelje bezbrižnog i opuštenog obiteljskog odmora.
U samom mjestu ima dosta staza za šetnju uz more, vožnju bicikla i rolanje. Po okolnim brdima označeno je više od 10 km pješačkih staza, idealnih za obiteljsko planinarenje i šetnju. Ljubiteljima aktivnosti na vodi na raspolaganju su izleti brodom do obližnjih uvala i prirodnih pješčanih plaža te cjelodnevnih izleta brodom na neki od otoka u prekrasnom arhipelagu. U samom mjestu na raspolaganju su dnevni najam barki, pedalina, SUP i bicikla. Zračna luka Split, udaljena je samo 15 km - u dogovoru s vlasnikom moguće je dogovoriti transfer.
