The loft apartment is accommodation for Artist residencies, groups of students, skills development programs, group and family travellers. We offer affordable accommodation for the Art curious traveller who understands the authentic value of old world charm in the heart of Zagreb City. The space is a restored loft - well preserved rustic charm.
Sasha is a renowned Artist from South Africa. She runs a small Fine Art school on the 1st floor of the building in her working studio. All groups staying in the loft are welcome to join her workshops while in Zagreb or simply come say hello and have a look.
The neighbourhood is a very central, busy epicentre of activity and charm. It has all amenities on the small section of road, including a 24 hour bakery! Behind the building is a peaceful courtyard park with picnic benches and gym equipment. A small walk down the road is the infamous Zitnjak park where one could spend hours lying under the shady canopy on hot summer days. Most historic city sites are an easy walk from the loft. A tram, from the stations 20m from the front door will take you anywhere in the city.
