Situated in a small village, named Zrenj, with several dozen of inhabitants and exempted of a mass tourism there is a property Terra Histria. Accommodation with its large glass openings, modern design, comfort and separated terraces provides a necessary privacy, tranquillity and strong connection with the beauty of the surrounding rural landscape. Terra Histria - Boutique Stone House is located in the inland of northern Istria whose story is based on colours of Istria ...  grey and white. Designing and decorating of our accommodation is based on these colours. This high category property consists of 2 houses ( each of them 60 m2 of living area and each of them for 2 people )...with total capacity of 4 people is ideal for stay of family or 2 couples. The houses are designed in grey and white colours, equipped with designer and quality furniture and each of them consists of a living rooms, kitchen with dining area, bedroom,                          
bathroom, toilet and a terrace. On the property there are 4 small houses in total, but 2 of them on the right side of the property are not avaliable for guests. The 2 houses on the left side of the property are avaliable for renting...one of them is with the pool view and the other one is with the garden view. On our property you can enjoy in a peaceful atmosphere and a beautiful preserved landscape.

Dear guests, meet the area of Zrenj by exploring a rich history and beauty of its present time. Discover charming hills, historical monuments, attractive cultural and entertainment events and enjoy benefits of the local gastronomy. Zrenj is the birthplace of St Geranimus, saint and translator of the Bible into Latin. The area of Zrenj and Oprtalj is ideal for recreational cycling with many macadam and forest paths. Choose one of them and discover many local agrotourisms and local taverns. Some 13 kilometres from Zrenj, at the heart of Mirna Valley, Livade developed. With the discovery of the white truffle in the Mirna Valley in 1920s, Livade became a world known centre reigned by its majesty, the truffle. October provides an exceptional opportunity to visit Tuberfest, taste and learn about Istrian white truffle and other original Istrian produces. You can also visit Parenzana Museum ( Parenzana is a train line connecting Trieste with Poreč and was completed in 1902 ). Only 18 kilometres from Zrenj you can visit small medieval town, Grožnjan. Grožnjan became the town of artists in 1956 and is an ideal destination for one-day excursions filled with art, galleries and concerts.
