Villa in landscape! Landed on 28.000 m2, fully surrounded by nature without neighbours.
Enjoying the nature, growing olive trees and other local fruits, gardening bio vegetables and live in harmony with nature! Walking, practice yoga, play golf and enjoy the istrian food and wine recipes daily
Located in the heart of Istria, any place you desire to visit is not far then 30-50 km from us., a lot of touristic places, actualy every city in Istria, including Rijeka and Trieste (IT). Nearby our Villa there is a lake Butonega and walking trail "Seven falls". A lot of wine, truffle, cheese and meet homemade producers, lot of olive oil producers and many others producers like a grappa distilleries, marmelate and gluten free or vegan homemade cookies...
