This 5* luxury villa offers 200m² indoor and 400m² outdoor space, accommodating 8 adults + 2 children (up to 14 years) for an extra charge in four bright en-suite bedrooms. The ground floor includes 2 additional toilets. The highlight is an 18m heated pool and a 100m² rooftop terrace with a hot tub. Enjoy spectacular sea and town views. The living room’s moveable glass walls connect seamlessly with the pool. Free parking and an EV charger are available onsite. Key features include: - Walking distance to the beach and Trogir’s old town. - 4 en-suite bedrooms with king-size beds + 2 additional restrooms on the ground floor. - 18m long heated pool, partially covered, with 4 massage jets, a shallow area for kids, and a 9m deep section for swimming. - 100 m² roof terrace with jacuzzi, sea view, and view of Trogir’s old town, connected by spiral stairs from the pool. - Open-space living room with direct pool access next to the sofa. - Parking for up to 10 vehicles. - Laundry room with washer and dryer. - 100 m² children's playground.
