This peaceful and quiet luxury oasis is the right choice for all those guests who want to enjoy the combination of rustic and modern, and relaxed body and soul in a beautiful villa that will surely be remembered forever. If you want to enjoy the view of the Sumartin Bay and the beautiful Adriatic Sea surrounded by Mediterranean plants, this is the perfect place for you. Villa Breakaway was built in 2021 with a rustic style of construction, and offers its guests 110 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 980 m2. It is 1.6 m away from the nearest sea, and near it, there are cafes and restaurants where you can enjoy fine cocktails and delicious gastronomic offers. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, while the optimal number is 4. Guests will be accommodated on the ground floor in 2 bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200). There is also one ordinary bathroom with a shower, while on the upper floor there is another ordinary bathroom with a shower. Upstairs is also a kitchen where you will prepare meals for the whole family or dearest friends. Next to it is a sun deck with 4 deck chairs where you can enjoy the sun and read your favourite book. The villa is fully fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces inside the yard.
