This beachfront villa was built back in 1903 in the golden age of tourism in Lovran, and was built by Count Erzzi to enjoy the Kvarner sun with his wife Liana.
This Austro-Hungarian mansion already stood out with its splendor, which has not faded to this day. Each of the seven sumptuous rooms with attached bathrooms tells its own story, and their baroque decorations are breathtaking at first glance. Massive windows, carefully selected details and refined interior emphasize luxury and mystery and the timeless style of this villa simply enchants and evokes the spirit of times past.
