This charming stone beauty in the heart of the Dalmatian hinterland, just a few kilometers from the Krka National Park, will provide you with a peaceful family vacation. Renovated with heart, with the aim of containing as much of the original wood and stone as possible, our guests feel it and come back again and again. In addition to the warm interior design, the villa has a large front and back yard with a swimming pool and facilities for children. This spacious 120 square meter house for 4 + 3 persons has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a dining room. One room has a double bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and an extra bed for one person, and access to the outdoor courtyard with a children's playground. The bedrooms are on the north side of the house, so it is pleasant to sleep in them in the summer, and each has shutters. Two people can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. There is an air conditioner in the living room, and for colder days, there is an indoor wood-burning fireplace with a heating function. Guests with small children have at their disposal a travel cot and a high chair for feeding, as well as a children's playground with a slide, swings, a trampoline and some children's pushchairs and bicycles. On the spacious terrace with an outdoor barbecue, you can prepare meals of your own choice or our neighbor, the caterer, can bring you homemade lamb on a spit or rooster under the lid (a traditional Dalmatian dish). 450 square meters of fully fenced yard is for the use of house guests, and ideal for smaller pets that we accept (up to 5 kg and upon request). If you want to feel the heart of Dalmatia, and at the same time relax and be close to larger cities such as Šibenik, Split or Zadar, Villa Kole warmly awaits you.

Just 15 minutes from Šibenik, narrow and winding roads lead you to Villa Kola. It is located in a small hamlet where you are woken up in the morning by the chirping of birds and greeted by sheep in the meadow. It takes 5 minutes by car to reach the Krka National Park and 20 minutes by car to reach the beach. There are several famous restaurants in the area that we will be happy to recommend, but if you want to stay in the villa and eat well, we will order a traditional Dalmatian dish just for you - pivac under a lid. We guarantee you rest, relaxation and peace, far from the eyes of others in the still beautiful, wild and untouched nature of this part of the Dalmatian hinterland.
