Villa Lanterna is a family house located in village Prapatnica; 14km from UNESCO City of Trogir. It was built in 1957 and first renovated in 2009. The property features swimming pool, front yard, balcony and terrace. The ground floor was converted from wine cellar into a family room and kitchen. It's room temperature is perfect for chilling in hot summer days. The house have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. (two bedrooms are located on the first floor with shared bathroom, third bedroom has attached bathroom). The terrace and the swimming pool are accessible from both the first floor and from the ground level using outside stairs. The property is surrounded with green scenery and old stone houses.
Supermarket is located just 300m from the house, so are caffe bar and restaurant.
