Located in the peaceful village of Otočani near Žminj, the new Villa Lunistra offers 220 m2 of contemporary comfort and complete privacy for a relaxing holiday in Istria. Designed for up to eight guests, it features a spacious open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area that extends to a covered terrace and a large enclosed garden of 1,060 m2. At the heart of the property is a 34 m2 pool surrounded by a sun deck with comfortable loungers, perfect for long summer days. Thanks to its excellent location, guests can easily explore the Istrian coast—picturesque Rovinj is only 20 km away, Pula 30 km, and Poreč 40 km—while still enjoying the peace and privacy of this modern villa. If you are a younger group of guests, please contact the owner in advance, as some owners do not accept younger groups.
