At San Mario Holiday House we invite you to experience the Croatian countryside just like a local. Stay in a charming semi-detached house originally built in the 1998. The homeowners invite you to spend vacation time on their land, meeting the locals and experiencing the friendly Croatian hospitality. Lovely rural home (a private plot of 700m2) is a serene environment situated in a small village called Tinj. Only 12 km away you'll find coastal town Biograd, where you can grab an ice cream by the sea and enjoy seeing sailing boats. With five bedrooms and three bathrooms spread across two separate floors (outdoor staircase connects the units), it's a great spot for a large family withkids. Guest of all ages are most welcome to San Mario House and for toddlers we provide a BABY COT and a HIGH CHAIR free of additional charges. It would suit as well a group of friends who love traveling with their pets. You're very welcome to bring your pets with you - up to two dogs during your stay, but note there's a 50 EUR fee per pet per week- payable directly upon arrival. If you book a 2 weeks stay, you will receive an unexpected SURPRISE - extra touch on arrival!
THE ACCOMMODATION The Main House - Ground Floor Kitchen/Breakfast/Dining room: the beautifully appointed kitchen has been modernised and comes complete with all the modern appliances you would expect from a rural home. The Dining area has a table comfortably seating 6 guests – perfect setting to enjoy a gastronomic Dinner. Large doors leading out onto the patio with views across the garden. The house is surrounded by beautifully maintained grounds – there are sun loungers, covered outdoor dining area with table and chairs to seat 10 guests, where you can dine al fresco in the Croatiann sun or watch the beautiful sunsets.
