Property information

Villa Mia is a recently constructed property with a pool situated on the outskirts of the village Šivati, not far from Kanfanar in central Istria. The house is notable for its impressive design, signed by one of the leading Croatian designers, and features high-quality designer furniture from reputable Italian and Croatian manufacturers. Set on a 930 sqm enclosed property, Villa Mia provides guests with a 33 sqm pool, a spacious covered terrace with a summer kitchen and dining table, along with two parking places. This villa, with its 188 sqm across two air-conditioned floors, accommodates a maximum of 8 people. The ground floor comprises a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sitting area, satellite TV, and fireplace. Additionally, there is a two-person bedroom with single beds, an en suite shower/toilet, and a separate toilet. The first floor consists of three double bedrooms with double beds, satellite TV, and shower/toilet facilities. One of the bedrooms features a balcony overlooking the poolside of the house.
