Near town of Labin, with sea and landscape view, is this luxury villa of modern architecture, with a total area of 223 m2. The ground floor has an open space concept and contains a kitchen with a dining room and a living room, a guest toilet and a laundry room. The ground floor leads to a terrace with a swimming pool. Internal stairs lead to the first floor where there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and terrace. The villa is located on a completely fenced and landscaped garden. It is only a few minutes' drive from the sea (Rabac, Koromacno) and ten minutes from the center of Labin.
