Just steps from the beach (simply cross the street), our family-run villa offers six independent apartments, designed for comfort, authenticity, and a touch of Mediterranean charm. In 2025, all bathrooms were fully renovated, kitchens were refreshed, and each apartment was restyled in a chic bohemian spirit. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, efficient air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a comfortable sofa bed with integrated mattress, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Several apartments also feature a balcony or spacious terrace with sea view. What makes Villa Paris unique is its exceptional location just across from the sea, its intimate ambiance, and its shared spaces for relaxation, including a large terrace with barbecue – perfect for summer evenings. Whether you’re traveling as a family, couple, or with friends, you’ll find here a refreshing escape from the everyday, where simple comfort, calm, and nature meet. Discover Nečujam — a peaceful haven of sea, nature and history Nestled in a quiet bay, Nečujam is the largest village on the island of Šolta, and one of its most preserved. Visitors are charmed by its unspoiled landscapes, turquoise waters, and the calm atmosphere that makes it a true escape from the tourist crowds. Just a few steps from the villa, you’ll find pebble beaches, hidden coves perfect for swimming or snorkeling, and beautiful coastal walking paths surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. You can also enjoy water activities such as kayaking or paddleboarding to explore the bay at your own pace. Nečujam also has a rich cultural past: the Piškera bay was once used as a fishpond by the Roman emperor Diocletian, and later became a retreat for the famous Croatian writer Marko Marulić, who found inspiration in its beauty. Nearby, you’ll find a few family-run restaurants serving traditional Croatian dishes — grilled fish, local olive oil, and regional specialties — along with a bakery, grocery store, café, and small summer market for everyday needs.
