Villa PUNTA DURA is located in a peaceful area, right on the South Prezida Beach on the island of Vir, offering crystal-clear sea and a pebble beach. Our villa was built in 2024 with a modern design, provides comfortable accommodation for 8-10 people. The villa is elegantly furnished, fully air-conditioned, and equipped with free Wi-Fi throughout. Bedrooms: 4 with double beds, each equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Bathrooms: 2 with shower cabins (including a washing machine, bath towels, hand towels, and a hairdryer). Living Room: Spacious ground floor living area with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV (with satellite and internet programs, plus apps). Kitchen: Fully equipped with: Dishwasher, Coffee machine, MOWO Agua - professional water filtration, mineralization, and enhancement stationLarge dining table Baby Crib: Available on request
